The Advocate Project utilizes the power of documentary storytelling & innovative, narrative technology to amplify positive portrayals of female leadership and counter bias.

The centerpiece of our program is an ongoing short documentary series. The stories will be of a premium standard and feature role models while also delving into barriers that impede success. We’ll explore the origin and manifestation of biased attitudes, toxic workplace culture and the broken rung. We will also feature groundbreaking companies with exceptional policies, as models for others to follow.

Our program includes the implementation of QR code-scanned generated exhibits in educational institutions, companies and organizations. The QR codes allow workers to learn about groundbreaking women and stories pivotal to a given workplace. We also have the capacity to provide a digital mosaic, a video wall built to allow employees to share their unique experiences and background to garner an environment of mutual respect.

We can offer companies, educational institutions and organizations a bias detection tool to scan for problematic language in press releases, policies and meeting transcripts. In turn, this will allow companies to enhance their messaging, training and awareness.
